In concert with the Northwest Austin Council, Deondre’ Rutues is conducting targeted interviews and subsequent analysis of residents in the Austin community. The goal is to establish a connection between community members in order to create more connected, caring and communicating neighbors. Research will aid in leadership development and community needs assessment programs and profiles.
